What is the boundary between the human and the machine? By questioning the threshold of such definitions, this project cherishes the different and similar physicalities of these preset dichotomies, embracing the noises outside the conventional apparatus. By merging mechanical components with organic growth features, the project aims to challenge the boundaries between the unconscious and the conscious, the organic and the mechanical, the human and the machine, ultimately shifting the human-centric hegemonic system

I started with 3d scanning some hand movements in time using photogrammetry in order to capture the moments that blurs stillness and mobility.
Using Fusion 360, I started to model the mechanical and organic components from scratch.
Tried to build more organic elements using generative fill.
